Tina Dreimann is the founder and managing director of better ventures, Europe’s leading alliance for impact entrepreneurship. With over 100 entrepreneurial business angels, the network has already invested in more than 50 startups that combine impact and economic success. Her goal: to bring together founders, business angels, and family businesses to scale sustainable innovations.

Before becoming an investor, Tina helped build several startups – including leading a company builder, scaling a dating platform, and shaping kartenmacherei into a leading new-work company. She also gained experience in strategy consulting at Bain & Company. She is convinced that entrepreneurs are the strongest lever to solve the greatest challenges of our time. In 2023, she was named Investor of the Year and was a long-standing member of the Advisory Board for Young Digital Economy at the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs under Robert Habeck.
