Simone is a trainer and coach for leaders in fast changing environments. While working for various consultancies in the field of change and flexibilization of large corporations, she realized that there is no real change without a change in mindset. And people grow beyond themselves during change when there is good leadership and opportunities to gain new knowledge and self-awareness. This led her to work as a trainer and coach at UnternehmerTUM where she supported big companies, start-ups and young leaders in developing an entrepreneurial mindset while applying creative and agile methods.

After establishing the Leadership Talent Academy (LTA) in Munich (a four-month leadership program) together with colleagues, she now works as an independent expert for several leadership programs, emphasizing the interplay of leadership and self-leadership to be successful in increasingly complex working environments. In this light she is also one of the experts of the Leadership Talent Academy in Heilbronn, which is focusing on startups.

Simone has a background in international cultural and business studies, business administration, positive psychology and systemic coaching.
