Maxi is an Principal at HV Capital. She invests in early-stage European deep-tech companies that have the potential to become global champions, leading HV's investments in Kipu Quantum and Again. Maxi holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MSc in Global Affairs from the Schwarzman Scholars program at Tsinghua University, and a BSc in Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She started her career as a consultant at McKinsey & Company in Berlin and a Tech & Innovation research fellow at the McKinsey Global Institute in San Francisco.
