Since January 2022, I have been a member of the Founding Board, and since January 2023, I have been the CEO of nineseven GmbH. 97.Club – The Company Builders are successful entrepreneurs, consultants, and investors from the Schweinfurt area who have come together to found and finance startups. Through the combined expertise in various disciplines and hundreds of years of experience, it is possible to significantly accelerate the learning process of founders and the development of startups in key areas, benefiting from the professional paths already taken by 97.Club – The Company Builders. A complete ecosystem is available for this purpose. At the end of a journey with the young entrepreneurs, the goal is to shape independent corporate personalities and companies.

MY CALLING: I am passionate about working in the areas of People & Culture, as well as Marketing & Communication. Through my company optING, I successfully advise on these topics in workshops, on a project basis, or through interim management. I am particularly passionate about topics like #EmployerBranding, #NewWork, #GenZ, #GenerationalDiversity as success factors in companies, and #SocialMedia. I speak on these topics, as well as on Candidate Experience and the Employee Lifecycle. Additionally, I offer LinkedIn workshops, empowering companies and entrepreneurs to establish a strong presence on the platform.

Until the end of 2020, I was actively involved in the board of the Wirtschaftsjunioren (Junior Chamber International), serving as Deputy District Speaker. Since 2024, I have been the Chairwoman of the Northern Bavaria regional chapter of the Association of Women Entrepreneurs in Germany (VdU). 💜 As a role model for the "Do Your Thing Here" campaign by the Schweinfurt district and as a representative of the Wirtschaftsjunioren in family-oriented personnel policies, I advocate for the compatibility of career, family, and volunteer work.
